Yes! Mocha's Boutiquee LLC is open 24/7 and we are working extremely hard to get orders out the door as quickly as we can. Due to social distancing and our responsibility to keep our families safe, processing orders will be between 3-5 business days (Monday-Friday).
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an e-mail when your order has shipped. It will contain a tracking number which you can go online and track the status of your shipment through the appropriate shipping company. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If your tracking number does not update after 48 hours, please send us an email to orders@mochasboutiquee.com and reference your full name and order number in the subject line (i.e., Jane Doe, order No….)
Note: All orders placed on Friday after 2:00 p.m. EST or on the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.
About Our Shipping Times:
Due to COVID-19, please understand there may be delays in delivery and it is out of our hands but will do our very best to keep you informed.
Shipping times may vary 10-15 business days. (Blame Rona)
Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and Fed Ex.
About Your Shipping Address:
Please ensure your billing and mailing address match. If it is not a complete match, you may be asked to verify your order. Fraudulent transactions will be cancelled.
Please make sure your address is correct (type your complete address to include: Apt#, Street, City and State). The loss caused by incomplete address or incorrect address will be covered at the customers expense. We suggest you triple check your information before submitting your order.
Additional shipping charges caused by address modification or special address which do not include in Free Shipping.
We ask that you provide a mobile number and triple check the delivery address during the check out process.
If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is return to the store, the customer will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the item(s) only. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Please carefully check your address. In the event that a customer request(s) for their order to be reshipped, there will be a $15 shipping and handling fee.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if your package has been lost or stolen, please contact USPS, UPS or FedEx with the tracking number provided.
